JOB TITLE: Senior Expeditor JOB LOCATION: Pune, India POSITION SUMMARY: Candidate will be responsible for Expediting of Technology Projects in association with KBR\xe2\x80\x99s Technology Business Unit at Houston. POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Expedites purchase order to monitor/manage vendor progress to ensure timely shipment of equipment/material.
• Coordinates and monitors the Supplier\xe2\x80\x99s scheduled milestone activities.
• Expedites Supplier data in accordance with the purchase order requirements.
• Monitors the Supplier\'s purchasing activity to ensure materials are purchased as scheduled and to ensure the timely delivery of component parts to support fabrication and assembly.
• Interfaces with the logistics to coordinate timely shipment of equipment/material to the Project in a safe and cost-efficient manner.
• Troubleshoots problem areas in purchase order execution and coordinates problem resolution or recommends solutions to management.
• Maintains appropriate records and prepares reports.
• Provides activity and status reports to management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Modular, Field or Jobsite Expediting experience strongly preferred.
• Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 7+ years of experience.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage shifting priorities.
• Strong computer skills to include Excel, and Power Point

KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Manages key business relationships with clients and with Technology Business Unit Managerial teams in India and Houston.
