Job Description

Position Purpose/Summary: Complete assembly and testing of products with highest quality products to customers. Ensure zero in process defects following safety and lean operations. Diagnosis/Troubleshooting & Repairs of Complex Electronics, Electromechanical, Mechanical Assemblies/Products and Test Equipment's/Machines, Expertise in Production Activities like Assembly, Soldering and Testing of products with Zero defect delivery to the customer, Strong knowledge of Safety , follow the HSE & Lean Processes during operations, Active engagement in BIQ( Build in Quality).

Major Areas of Responsibility:


1 DELL server Installation (Installation of the Operating System)

2 Installation of Experion MX R72x, Configuration and Maintenance

3 Installation of Labview and license application.

4 Installation of Microsoft SQL Server 2019

5 Network switch configuration

6 Troubleshooting and maintenance of the Experion system.

7 Ability to read and follow written instructions and work orders.

8 Programming of PLDs, Online and Offline programming using the programming tools.

9 Functional testing of products and cabinets.

10 Electronic Card level testing.

11 Labelling and packaging of the product

12 Adherance to BIQ.

13 Adherance to SOS and other QMS/ISO processes .

14 To meet Daily/Weekly/Monthly Production Plan.

15 Faulty finding, Analysis and Repairing of the in process rejected/faulty electric and electromechanical parts.

Supporting Activities :


1 Support HSE activities

2 Support HOS activities - Kaizen, 5S, Root Cause Analysis.

3 Execuation of TRUN's for ECNs and Provide feedback for abnormalities

#### Qualification and Experience;


Diploma in Electronics / Mechanical / Electrical with 2-3 years experience. Specialist Skills in Honeywell Experion System.

Knowledge requirement:


Effective communication with his fellow worker and supervisor.

Techincal and production procedure understanding

Basic understanding of product, basic understanding of schematics/drawings

Soft Skills: Basic Knowledge of MS Office - Word , Excel preferred.

Technical Skills: Troubleshooting and maintenance of the server and Experion system.
