Engagement Manager - Market Mix Modeling

Job Location: Gurgaon

Shift Timing: 1:00 PM IST 11:00 PM IST

Experience: 8+ years

- Our Marketing Analytics Practice is seeking an individual with excellent quantitative and analytical skills who can develop actionable quantitative models to help clients address their marketing challenges such as marketing effectiveness, ROI, brand equity impact, channel effectiveness, and pricing.

What youll be doing:

- Leveraging data science techniques to examine marketing activities and to estimate their business impact to our clients. Projects will include, but are not limited to, Media Mix Optimization, Analysis of Covariance (test & control), Cluster Analysis, and Attribution Modeling of disaggregate event-stream data

- Developing Time Series Models/POCs to address short term effects of marketing as well as the long term impact on brand and competitive position for our clients which will help them make smarter marketing decisions.

- Growing with the team, keeping pace of developments in relevant econometric theory to continually refine our methodology to offer our clients even better insights and more rigorous statistical analysis.

- Identifying set of tools/skillset required for performing MMM and set up training plans or pathways for data analytics team members

- Training and help team members to develop their skillset in different aspect of MMM which include data collection, data preparation, model development, model validation, interpretation, and insights

- Providing thought leadership in preparing RFPs, managing client discussions and communications, and building new partnerships

Must have:

- 8+ years of statistical modelling experience along with exposure to AI, ML, Python, Machine Learning, Analytical Techniques, Marketing Mix, Exploratory Data Analysis, Tableau, PowerBI

- Experienced in econometric and statistical analysis using big data sets.

- Masters or bachelors degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, econometrics, quantitative marketing analytics, or related fields.

- Well versed in regression techniques using panel data and time series data.

- Knowledge of data analytics concepts and experience of managing and analyzing campaign data

- Experienced a variety of data sources, and understand the strengths, weaknesses, limitations, potential pitfalls and errors in many marketing and economic databases.

- Committed to continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest technologies and trends

- Strong communication skills to be able to explain complex concepts to clients with good presentation and visualization skills
