Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's presence in international markets.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for export and import.
• Formulate plans to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the Exim processes.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure adherence to all international trade laws, regulations, and standards.
• Oversee the preparation and management of all export and import documentation, including shipping invoices, customs declarations, and licenses.
• Stay updated on changes in trade regulations and ensure the company's practices are compliant.
• Logistics and Supply Chain Management:
• Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to manage the shipment and delivery of goods.
• Optimize supply chain operations to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to meet international demand.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and trade partners.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with international clients and suppliers.
• Address and resolve any issues or disputes related to export and import activities.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, demand, and competitive landscape in international markets.
• Analyze sales data and market feedback to inform business strategies and decisions.
• Prepare reports and presentations on market insights and business performance.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead and manage a team of professionals involved in export and import operations.
• Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export-import operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or executive role.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using trade management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
