Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Tele-Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in hotel supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients in the hotel and hospitality sector.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products from our range of hotel supplies.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.
• Assist with order processing and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential leads and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in tele-sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with English and Malayalam
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the hotel and hospitality industry is a plus.

Remote Position

Shift timing: 10:30 a.m to 07:30 p.m IST
