Role

As the Executive- Technical Publication, you will be a part of the Customer Experience and will report to the Lead-Technical Publication. The purpose of your role will be to formulate and execute service publication material on standard service procedures of HMCL products as an after-sales service support for HMCL service staff and network workshops to ensure quality service.


A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Plan the development of service publications for new models in line with the production plan
2. Establish the service procedure of the product to identify the critical areas and technology
3. Manage the publication development activities to ensure the availability of the publication Material as per the start of production
4. Ensure the Printing of training material, publication material availability, videos at all stakeholders to align with the new model launch


A Day in the life

As part of the Technical Publication team, your day will be involved in gathering technical information and coordinating for the new model line up to track the Production dates and product readiness. You will be studying PLM drawings and specifications for publication creation and clarify technical queries from CIT. Ypu will need to validate the newly developed publication materials for specification, content, standard operating procedures.


Academic Qualification & Experience

-Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering with
Book publishing knowledge is an added advantage

• Exp required: 5-6 Years

( 2 Years Publication + 2-3 Years in Field Service + 2 Years in Technical Learning)
