Ensure new locations are signed within the target distances provided and manage facility operations effectively.Roles & Responsibilities:Ensure adherence to latitude and longitude specifications and scout properties while covering all technical aspects of the site.Liaise with real estate agents to source properties.Analyze rentals in the designated area to ensure sourced properties are competitively priced.Screen property documents before shortlisting and proposing properties.Conduct initial checks on all paperwork for new kitchen properties before forwarding to the legal team for due diligence.Respond promptly to queries from the legal team, providing additional documents as needed.Ensure all agreements are registered within 15 days of signing.Maintain a database of all required licenses for kitchens and follow up with landlords for necessary documentation.Review lease deed agreements to ensure all details in term sheets are accurately captured before signing.Liaise between landlords and the Projects team to ensure smooth construction processes.Hold regular meetings with landlords to foster a healthy working relationship and address any concerns with relevant departments (Projects, Finance, Facilities, etc.).Assist the core facility team in sourcing and approving vendors such as DG, Gas, Security, and Housekeeping.Visit kitchens regularly to monitor asset handling and property management, briefing the facility executive accordingly.Ensure the project team meets landlord scope of work deadlines and provide support until project completion.Support maintenance efforts by addressing kitchen operation issues and collaborating with Project/Maintenance/Facilities teams to resolve concerns promptly.Desired Skills of the Candidate:Education Qualification: Any GraduateExperience: Minimum 2+ years in real estate acquisition and leasing rolesKnowledge:Understanding of real estate in the assigned cityAwareness of marketing trends in real estateConnections with property and mall developersFamiliarity with local rules and regulationsKnowledge of property-related documents and licensesAbility to present case studies for property acceptance/rejectionEqual Opportunity Employer Statement:
