:- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the logistics industry/freight forwarding(international).- A passion for exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships, especially with Japanese customers.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Hindi, and a local language.Key Responsibilities :- Drive revenue growth for our corporate and regional accounts by collaborating across departments to achieve sales targets.- Focus on selling end-to-end and value-added solutions aligned with our strategic priorities for Japanese clientele.- Analyse pipeline performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions to achieve revenue growth and margin enhancement.- Actively participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings.- Champion a culture of sustainability, health, and safety in the workplace.Essential Skills & Qualification :- Graduate degree or equivalent- Proven experience in freight forwarding and export/import processes.- Strong understanding of business development strategies and relationship selling- Excellent teamwork and communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (ref:updazz.com)
