We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for the position of Bitumen Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving volume objectives, executing the sales strategy, and developing key accounts. They will also be required to interact with key accounts, conduct seminars, develop distributor networks, and ensure optimal market penetration.
Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a BE/BE Tech. & MBA in Marketing. A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience is preferred. The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, dynamic, and possess excellent analytical and negotiation skills. They should also have experience in planning and organizing market visits, managing channels, and executing brand visibility activities. Strong communication skills in both regional and English languages, as well as proficiency in drafting mails and preparing product-related presentations, are essential.
