:Job Summary:
Review, Research and Compare multiple valuations on a specific property to determine a true value based on changing market conditions in different geographical areas and document findings with the use of Inspection data. Perform quality control on valuations provided by Appraisers, Brokers and Agents. Assist with fulfillment of Valuation orders and communicating with appraiser and broker partners to ensure reports are submitted on time to meet client SLA. Review the appraisal for correct property, value, comparable specific information, adjustments and refer to the photographs / addendum. Quality control review for Brokers price opinion and Property Condition report related to Property InspectionQualification:
Mortgage servicing experience, Experience in real estate or appraisal industry, Residential valuation experience, completing valuations or performing quality control of residential valuation products. 1 to 2 years work experience.Skills:
Proficient in MS Office with specific focus on excel and word
Strong problem solving skills, data collection, analysis and ability to professionally present your findings in a clear and concise manner
Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, internal and external teams in a professional manner
Ability to gather and analyze information
