Our candidate will be responsible to review customers banking account transaction history and identify unusual trend, suspicious activity to save our customer from any fraudulent activity.Responsibilities

• Conduct account reviews to identify and investigate unusual activity on customers bank account / loan account / credit card.
• Analyzes and reviews potentially fraudulent activity, to ensure minimal loss to the organization.
• Interacts with customers, as needed, who are reporting fraudulent activity to gather additional details required to investigate the case further.

• Should be comfortable working in a 24*7 environment, five days a week
