• Online review of the batch production records (BMR/ECR) in Shop floor.
• Verification of housekeeping records in shop floor and accessories management.
• Daily monitoring if plant observations. Verification of various log books for completeness in manufacturing areas.
• Ensure that deviations are reported online.
• Verify the compliance of in-process controls before proceeding to next steps.
• Monitoring that the materials are stored at defined storage conditions and labelled appropriately.
• Identify and report the potential areas of contamination/ Cross contamination in the site.
• Verifying the SOPs compliance in shop floor.
• Monitoring of the BMR review team, dispatch activities and IPQA team members.
• Handling of the line clearance activity on campaign basis.
• Physical equipment checking and product change over line clearance.
• Reviewing the BMR/BPR /ECR for its completeness before product release.
• Support during Audits for fast retrieval of documents.
• Use PPE wherever applicable.
• Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately.
• Report any incident / accident / near miss / illness to the superiors
• Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors
• Any other job as may be assigned to you from time to time
