• Oversee the safe and effective recovery, recycling, and reuse of solvents, adhering to environmental and safety regulations.
• Monitor solvent purity levels and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal recovery and compliance with production requirements.
• Continuously monitor recovery system parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates, etc.) and adjust settings as required to optimize recovery efficiency and product quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues in solvent recovery processes and take corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of solvent recovery operations, including input/output data, quantities recovered, and system performance.
• Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines related to solvent handling and recovery processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, environmental standards).
• Conduct regular safety checks on equipment and work areas to prevent accidents, leaks, or spills.
• Participate in regular safety drills and training programs to stay current with health and safety practices.
• Maintain detailed logs of solvent recovery operations, including recovery rates, solvent usage, and any incidents.
• Prepare and submit reports on solvent recovery performance, efficiency, and safety compliance to management.
