Date Posted: 2024-06-10Country: IndiaLocation: C/o Smartworks Victoria Park, Level 2, Block : GN, Plot no. 37/2 Sector V, Salt Lake KOLKATA-700091, IndiaJOB TITLE: Executive - MOD SalesGRADE: ExecutiveREPORTS TO: Regional HeadJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\xc2\xb7 Knowing, developing and maintaining the elevator market and Otis growth.\xc3\xbc Forecasting\xc3\xbc Meeting customers to assess their requirements\xc3\xbc Developing and increasing customer database\xc3\xbc Preparing and maintaining Customer History Card for major customers\xc3\xbc Establishing product strategy for allotted territory or account depending on market trend\xc3\xbc Identifying and maintaining rapport with key persons in major customer organizations\xc3\xbc Keeping customer informed, updated and equipped with product development and literature\xc3\xbc Market survey\xc3\xbc Knowing competitors\xc3\xbc Special focus on major projects\xc2\xb7 Generating enquires and finalization of orders\xc3\xbc Generating and attending new enquiries\xc3\xbc Preparing sales negotiation data sheet\xc3\xbc Preparing and submitting model elevator proposal\xc3\xbc Preparing and submitting tenders\xc3\xbc Attending pre-bid meetings, tender opening\xc3\xbc Attending negotiation meeting\xc3\xbc Follow up on proposals and tenders\xc3\xbc Negotiation and finalizing of orders\xc3\xbc Processing of orders received\xc2\xb7 Contract Management\xc3\xbc Preparing of documents such as layout request, change in contract, finalized layout etc.\xc3\xbc Coordinating with internal customers (Contractors, Sales HO and Accounts) and internal customer in various stages of the contract till the final payment is collected and handover ceremony performed.\xc2\xb7 Supporting the sales and marketing function\xc3\xbc Giving suggestions, in interest of organizing\xc3\xbc .
