- Candidate should have hands on experience on Trademark prosecution and litigation matters
- Conducting trademark searches
- Drafting letters/ Legal notices
- Drafting Notice of Opposition, Rectification, Counter Statement, Evidences etc.,
- Screening of Trademark Journals, for conflicting trademarks
- Travelling within and out of Mumbai for trademark related works
