We are currently looking for a good Operations all-rounder to be responsible for the daily operations in both Imports/Exports & Customer Service. You will accurate and complete records for all import and export transactions, working directly with internal and external customers to include documentation management -coordination of freight booking, freight payment of vendors/freight forwarders. Short : o Customer Service o Communication with Prospective Customers o Market Research for Suppliers o Filing and Reporting o Invoice Handling - Audit Control o Import - Export Handling / Ocean, Road and Air Transportation o Documentation & Follow up of Customs Procedure o Proper follow up for Nominated Shipments and others o Booking Procedure with Carriers and Truckers Full : o Import/ Export Pre-advise/ Pre-alert Handling. o Arrival Confirmation/Export Bill of Lading. o Generating Invoices. o Demurrage/Storage Management. o Arrangement of Deliveries and Pickups. o Transfer of Files to Brokerage. o Responsible for Customer Service internally, Bookings, Documentation, and Execution of Routing for Assigned Shipments. o Responsible for Informing Management of Progress and Requirements of the Department. o Responsible for reviewing all Documents. o Assists the day-to-day Operations for Imports and Exports to ensure that Customer Requirements are met. o Responsible for Communicating Information and Instructions to/from Vendors Domestic and International. o Ensure that File contains all necessary Document Copies in Proper Sequence. o Trace Shipment through Transit Points up to Final Destination and Advice Customer Service as needed. o Good knowledge about Customs, Duties, and Brokerage o Excellent communication with the client, updating with DSRs as per SOP o Excellent coordination skills at all points of contact. o Negotiation skills with freight forwarders and other vendors. o Billing accuracy.

- BA in related field (Transport/Logistics/Accounting) - Experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry Experience in Import & Export Operations
