Conduct Day 1 orientation & monthly induction sessions for new joiners.
Ensure BGV completion within the timelines defined.
Ensure statutory compliances for the new joiner, as applicable.
Suggest process improvement to the onboarding process.
Separation:
Carry out end-to-end separation activities.
Issuance of separation letters as applicable.
Accurate & timely exit documentation.
Suggest process improvement to the exit process.
Leave & Attendance:
End-to-end Leave & attendance management on HRIS.
Handling employee queries on Leave & Attendance.
Accurate & timely updates on Leave & and attendance records for monthly payroll
Other activities
Grievance redressal
Database & HRIS management
Prepare dashboards/reports, as required.
Assist in statutory compliance & Performance appraisals.
Suggest process improvements to the onboarding & exit process.
Vendor management.
Other activities, as assigned.
