Job Title: Executive - Financial Reporting and Analysis

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive in Financial Reporting and Analysis to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in the Financial Reporting and Analysis department, with a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting. The Executive will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making processes within the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Present financial information to senior management and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains



Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3 to 4 years of experience in Financial Reporting and Analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications
