Job Description
• Lead the implementation of 3SC's environmental and social policies, environmental and social management.
• System and procedures including operationalizing the same at each site level.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and social requirements as agreed with the investors.
• Conduct environmental and social screening/ due diligence of new assets to be leased/ owned/ operated;
• Manage appointment of, supervise, and monitor, external environmental and social consultants (as applicable and needed);
• Ensure that applicable environmental and social requirements are met across the company.
• Monitor implementation of environmental and social actions, implementation of environmental and social policies and management systems and environmental and social compliance and performance across the operations of the company including logistics management.
• Assist with developing ESG and impact metrics and work in coordination with the investor ESG team and internal 3SC team.
• Identify opportunities for continuous ESG performance improvement amongst portfolio companies.
• Prepare periodic annual environmental and social monitoring reports.
• Build internal environmental and social capacity within the company.
• Develop a legal compliance tracking tool for timely renew any regulatory document.
• Streamline the contractor management process and labor related requirements for across the company.
