Job Summary:

We seek a proactive E-Commerce Operations Executive to oversee order processing, inventory management, customer service, and upselling. The role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and delivering a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Order & Inventory Management:

Process online orders, coordinate with logistics partners, and maintain accurate inventory records across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.

Platform Operations:

Update product listings, ensure compliance with platform guidelines, and address visibility or feedback issues.

Customer Service & Upselling:

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally while identifying upselling opportunities to boost sales.

Vendor & Logistics Coordination:

Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and packaging vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Performance Monitoring & Process Improvement:

Track metrics like order accuracy and delivery timelines, suggest improvements, and implement automation tools to streamline processes.

Qualifications:

10+2 or Bachelor's degree in any field

6 months to 2 years of e-commerce operations or customer service experience with upselling skills

Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, and Shopify.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
