Job Title: EXECUTIVE -Dental Materials Trainer & Customer Support

Responsibilities:

1. Product Training: - Conduct comprehensive training sessions for the sales and marketing team on dental material equipment instruments.- Develop training materials, presentations, and demos to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and usage.- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and advancements in dental materials to ensure the team is well-informed.

2. Sales Support: - Collaborate with the sales team to identify training needs and address any product knowledge gaps.- Provide ongoing support to sales representatives by answering product-related questions and assisting with customer presentations.

3. Content Creation: - Create engaging and informative content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to promote dental products.- Develop written and visual content, including posts, articles, infographics, and videos, to increase brand visibility and engagement.- Implement content strategies to attract and retain followers, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

4. Market Analysis: - Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for content improvement and product promotion.- Analyze social media metrics and sales data to measure the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

5. Collaboration: - Work closely with the marketing team to align content creation with overall brand messaging and marketing campaigns.- Coordinate with product managers and R&D teams to gather insights and updates on product development and launches.

Requirements: -

Bachelor's degree in dentistry, marketing, communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience in dental product training, sales support, and social media content creation.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.

- Strong writing skills and proficiency in content creation tools and platforms.

- Knowledge of dental industry regulations and compliance standards.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per month
