• B2B collection,Business Loan,Tele collection.
• Experience in collections for bucket 1 and 2 (soft buckets)
• Hands-on experience in Excel

• You have at least 2 years experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Brokerage / Treasury / Securities Exchange, the Financial Services Industry and FinTech industry.
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
