Act as the point of contact on all on boarding related matters (such as, document collection, client queries, payment setup, and pre attach issue resolution).
Should plan and visit the required number of vendors daily.
Reporting daily and updating daily reports accordingly.
Handling on boarding related requests/ leads quickly and professionally to reduce and delay and /or loss of business.
Ensuring new enquirers have the necessary technical devices as per the specifications and assist in setting up their software.
Briefing company norms, educating the process and sharing tips on how to earn from attachment and ensuring that they understood.
