Job Description

Profile of the candidate:

1. Strong accounting technical skills and direct experience in running the overall accounting close.

2. Experience with accounting for operations in India including knowledge of banking operations and taxes including GST, VAT, TDS, ESI, income taxes and provident fund requirements and related payment cycles and processes.

3. Expertise in using MS Office Tools: Outlook, Excel, Word and experience with an accounting system for mid-size companies; Ability to critically analyse the process, and seek improvements in simplification and/or automation.

Roles and responsibilities

1. Managing the entire financial, commercial and accounting activities.

2. Sound Knowledge on GST / Direct and Indirect Taxations, Preparing & finalising Balance sheet filing of PF/TDS/GST/ESI/IT related matters.

3. Preparing annual budgets for operations, and periodical forecasts exercising budgetary control and managing the working capital. Assets Insurance

4. Accounts payable and receivables

5. Overseeing financial & management accounting.

6. Handle company tax issues and liaison with tax agents and/or authorities.

7. Liaison with external auditors for the annual audit

8. Excellent commands over excel and PPT

9. Prepare Monthly / Quarterly numbers and PPT preparation for review for Leadership Team

10. Build framework for annual operating plan, and conduct periodic budget vs actual variance analysis along with comments.

11. Work closely with cross functional teams to resolve issues if any on P&L.

12. ROC compliance MCA/Secretarial works coordination.

13. Should have experience in Orion.

Reports

MIS Reports: Monthly FS -P&L, Balance Sheet, Sundry Debtors/ Creditors Reports, GRN Register,

Production Report, Sales Register, Sales Currency wise, Fixed Assets Register, Debtors IFRS Report, Stock Movement Report, Previous Years Comparison Statements, GP Sales Profitability statements and matching with FS, assigned required related etc statements.

Statutory

TDS Payable report verified and finalized, Monthly GRTR1 and GSRT 3B reports verified and finalized, GST Annual return reports verifying and finalising.

Auditing

Financial Audit Report: required related documents/ reports etc submission to auditors. TP related workings reports etc prepared and submission. Internal Audit Report related statements etc prepared and submission.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
