Responsibilities include but are not limited to :- Planning & budgeting of annual trade scheme & preparing calendar as per business strategy- Plan & design monthly schemes for various regions and partner with regional sales teams- Ensuring efficiency of trade scheme & engaging regional sales leadership for periodic dialogue.- Ensuring effective scheme utilization & evaluating its impact on regular intervals (monthly) and designing improvement plans.- Develop and execute loyalty program for key retails channels like Top GT outlets, Standalone outlets and Wholesale.- Lead planning and execution of special input plans for various channels like distributors & stockiest during high sales months.
