Executive Ticketing
Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Executive - Ticketing with strong knowledge of the travel industry and expertise in the Amadeus GDS system. The ideal candidate will handle ticket bookings, cancellations, reissuances, refunds, and other related tasks for both domestic and international flights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Book, issue, and reissue domestic and international flight tickets using Amadeus.
• Process cancellations, refunds, partial refunds, and void tickets.
• Handle customer queries related to ticketing, bookings, and changes.
• Ensure compliance with airline policies and travel regulations.
• Maintain accurate ticketing records and reports.
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of ticketing experience in the travel industry.
• Proficient in Amadeus GDS system.
• Strong understanding of flight codes, numbers, and ticketing processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
• Overtime pay
