Job Description


Responsibilities:- Handle Inbound & Outbound sales calls with a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented - Contact potential or existing customers to inform them of products and services offered by the company- Answer queries about products or the company.- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.- Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.- Leads follow-up. Convert Leads to Site Visit.- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.- Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.Eligibility / Qualifications: Gender : Only Females are preferred. Age Limit : Between 20 to 30 years. Education : Bachelors (Preferred). Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 1-year experience in Telesales with- Good communication skills. Ability to commute/relocate: Maraimalai Nagar Chennai, Tamilnadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required). Languages:- Fluent English is a must.
