We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Callers / TeleSales Executive in Chennai to contribute in generating sales for our company. An effective TeleSales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.Responsibilities:- Handle Inbound & Outbound sales calls with a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them of products and services offered by the company- Answer queries about products or the company.- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.- Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.- Leads follow-up. Convert Leads to Site Visit.- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.- Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner. - E-mail Communication.Eligibility / Qualifications: Gender: Only Females are preferred. Age Limit: Between 20 to 30 years. Education: Bachelors (Preferred). Experience : Candidates should have a minimum of 1-year experience in Telesales with- Good communication skills.- Ability to commute/relocate: Maraimalai Nagar Chennai, Tamilnadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
