Job Title: Tele-Sales ExecutiveCompany: ROBU.INLocation: PuneJob Summary: Skep IT Systems is spearheading recruitment for ROBU.IN, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele-Sales Executive to join our growing team at ROBU.IN. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience in outbound sales, sales support, tele-sales, or inside sales, particularly in the electronics products and components sector.Key Responsibilities:- Customer Outreach: Make daily calls to customers from non-performing accounts (NPAs) to identify reasons for low or no business and resolve any issues.- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve service or pricing issues by coordinating with Sales Executives.- Competitive Research: Conduct market research to analyze competitor products and assist customers with better options.- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the technicalities and functions of electronic products to support customer inquiries.- Documentation & Communication: Send shipping details, invoices, and other necessary communication to customers via email.Qualifications & Skills:- Educational Qualification: Any graduate, ITI, Diploma, or B.E. in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications (E&TC), Mechatronics, or relevant experience in tele-sales or outbound sales.- Experience: Fresher or 0 to 2 year of experience in outbound sales, tele-sales, sales support, or inside sales, preferably in electronic products and components.- Communication Skills: Fluent verbal and written communication in English is mandatory.- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Compensation & Benefits:- Fixed CTC + Sales Incentives: Rs. 6,000 to Rs. 10,000 per month based on target conversions and achievements.- Work Schedule: 5-day work week (Saturday-Sunday off), flexible working hours.- Additional Benefits: Health insurance, career growth opportunities.- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days- Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.
