Key Responsibilities :Lead Generation and Prospecting :- Identify potential customers through lead lists, referrals, and market research.- Reach out to prospective customers via phone calls to introduce products or services.- Generate interest and schedule appointments for follow-up meetings or demonstrations.Sales Calls and Presentations :- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to present products or services.- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.- Address customer questions, objections, and concerns effectively.Sales Conversion :- Follow up with leads to convert them into customers.- Close sales deals by negotiating terms, finalizing contracts, and processing orders.- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.Customer Relationship Management :- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.Sales Reporting and Analysis :- Track and report on sales performance metrics including call volume, conversion rates, and sales revenue.- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Market Research :- Gather market intelligence to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input and market research.Collaboration with Team :- Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and share best practices.- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales strategy discussions.- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.Compliance and Documentation :- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and follow-up actions.
