Executive Telesales (1 5 Yrs) Noida (telesales/inside Sales/bpo)
Job Description
Location: NoidaShift Timing: 9 AM to 9 PM, 7 days a week (rotational shift)Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.- Promote and sell products/services over the phone.- Achieve and exceed sales targets.- Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities.- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries.Requirements:Experience:- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience is mandatory- Online telesales and Offline sales experience, preferably in consumer durablesEducation: Graduate or Undergraduate degree Skills:- Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.- Excellent verbal and written skills in Hindi and English.Additional Requirements:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
