Position Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Community Operation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will connect with potential riders, provide them with detailed product information, address their concerns, and ensure a seamless experience. Your efforts will play a crucial role in building trust and maintaining a high level of engagement with riders.Key Responsibilities:1. Outbound Calling:- Make proactive outbound calls to potential riders to introduce and explain our product offerings.- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the product to encourage rider sign-ups.2. Customer Support:- Respond promptly to rider inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when addressing rider concerns.3. Lead Management and Follow-Up:- Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and convert potential riders into active users.- Build and sustain strong relationships to maintain engagement and loyalty.4. Target Achievement:- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.- Consistently strive to improve performance metrics and contribute to team goals.Qualifications and Skills:- Proven experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.- Language Preference - Hindi + Any South Indian Language (ref:updazz.com)
