Job Summary: The Tele Sales Executive will drive sales over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a keen ability to understand and meet customer needs.


Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and drive sales.
• Handle inbound calls from prospective and current customers, providing information about products/services and resolving inquiries.
• Build and maintain a strong customer relationship, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential leads to close sales.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
