Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Your key responsibilities
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops to understand the end to end business process requirements and creating comprehensive business process maps and Functional specifications documents
• Collaborate with both Business and IT teams to ensure that business requirements are clearly stated out and are well understood by IT implementation team for maximum value creation.
• Guide IT Implementation teams in development phase and resolving their queries in the most effective manner
• Develop test strategy, functional test scenarios/test cases and conduct functional testing to ensure that build is as per the requirements and the business requirements are fully delivered.
• Proactively identify risk and take appropriate risk mitigation measures to ensure minimum impact to the project scope, timelines and deliverables quality
• Support the business teams in doing user acceptance testing and ensuring timely closure of issues/defects by the support teams.
• Undertake quality reviews to ensure deliverables are of high quality and comply with quality standards and industry best practices
• Creating user manuals and other training materials for Business users enablement
• Change management to help organizations and users embrace change with minimum of disruption by designing effective ways of communicating and delivering change
• Strong capital markets domain knowledge of Products and Processes covering end to end trade life cycle.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps(CI/CD) methodologies with hands on experience with trading systems, Portfolio management, accounting, market data and data warehouse, middle ware tools and test management tools like JIRA etc.

• Strong capital markets domain knowledge of Products and Processes covering end to end trade life cycle.

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Economics / Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics / MBA
Experience
3 to 6 year experience in payroll domain
