Our teams leverage transformative technologies to deliver strategy and execution, from tax and regulatory obligations to operations and workforce management, to reduce risk and drive sustainable value.EY has competencies in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services.Your key responsibilitiesTechnical ExcellenceYour key responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Conduct requirement gathering workshops to understand the end to end business process requirements and creating comprehensive business process maps and Functional specifications documents\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with both Business and IT teams to ensure that business requirements are clearly stated out and are well understood by IT implementation team for maximum value creation.\xc2\xb7 Guide IT Implementation teams in development phase and resolving their queries in the most effective manner\xc2\xb7 Develop test strategy, functional test scenarios/test cases and conduct functional testing to ensure that build is as per the requirements and the business requirements are fully delivered.\xc2\xb7 Proactively identify risk and take appropriate risk mitigation measures to ensure minimum impact to the project scope, timelines and deliverables quality\xc2\xb7 Support the business teams in doing user acceptance testing and ensuring timely closure of issues/defects by the support teams.\xc2\xb7 Undertake quality reviews to ensure deliverables are of high quality and comply with quality standards and industry best practices\xc2\xb7 Creating user manuals and other training materials for Business users enablement\xc2\xb7 Change management to help organizations and users embrace change with minimum of disruption by designing effective ways of communicating and delivering change\xc2\xb7 Strong capital markets domain knowledge of Products and Processes covering end to end trade life cycle.\xc2\xb7 Experience in Agile and DevOps(CI/CD) methodologies with hands on experience with trading systems, Portfolio management, accounting, market data and data warehouse, middle ware tools and test management tools like JIRA etc.Skills and attributes for success\xc2\xb7 Strong capital markets domain knowledge of Products and Processes covering end to end trade life cycle.Skills and attributesTo qualify for the role you must have
