Areas Of Responsibility



Talent Acquisition
  • Manage End to End Talent Acquisition for specific department.
  • Maintaining TAT of 85 days or below.
  • Keep the manpower fill ratio at 95%+ throughout the year.
  • Controlling on cost Saving by below 70% against median CTC.
  • Responsible for Employer Branding to Attract Talent from campus hiring.
  • External talent mapping
  • Organizing Walk-in interviews
  • Handling SAP Success Factor for employee life cycle management
  • Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details.
  • Define and implement internal HR practices.
  • Policy Framework and employee communications.
  • Troubleshoot workforce issues concerning employees and management to ensure positive employee relations
  • Contribute to onboarding and off-boarding efforts create frameworks for educational sessions for new hires and feedback and exit interviews.
  • Managing complete employee lifecycle management
