• Qualification:- Graduate/MBA(HR).
• Experience :- 4 to 6 years

• candidate should have experience in FMCG Manufacturing.

? Ensure timely closer of the open position.

? Will be responsible for driving recruitment of Sales team and other functions such as Factory and Corporate office.

? Define, develop, and drive strategy to meet recruitment demand which is aligned with the organization goal.

? Drafting JD in line with the department head.

? Use metrics to create reports and identify area of improvement.

? Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with stakeholders.

? Ability to build good relationships with all stakeholders and hiring managers.

? Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.

? Screen candidates resumes and job applications.

? Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

? Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

? Onboarding of the new employees

? Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.

? Induction and orientation for the new joiners

? Employee Engagement activity.

? Issuing various letters to the employees.

? Handling Employee grievance and giving them the right solution.

? Onboarding communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
