The Talent Acquisition Executive is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for driving the recruitment process to identify and hire top-tier talent that aligns with our company\'s values and objectives. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a crucial part in shaping our workforce by implementing effective sourcing strategies, fostering candidate relationships, and collaborating closely with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and databases to identify potential candidates.
Actively engage with passive candidates and establish relationships to nurture them into potential hires.
Craft compelling and targeted messaging to attract qualified candidates.
Review incoming resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates\' communication skills, motivation, and fit for the company culture.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and refine candidate profiles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Ensure candidates have a positive interview experience by providing clear information and timely communication.
Gather feedback from interviewers and participate in post-interview debrief sessions.
Assist in developing and promoting our employer brand to enhance our reputation and desirability as an employer of choice.
Create and update engaging job descriptions and advertisements that resonate with potential candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications and determine the best fit for the organization.
Extend job offers, discussing compensation packages and addressing candidate questions and concerns.
Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity.
Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, including sourcing effectiveness and time-to-fill.
Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices to enhance our recruitment strategies continually.
Share insights and recommendations to improve our talent acquisition processes.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a dynamic corporate environment. Strong proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to assess candidates\' technical and cultural fit.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
