  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within a mid-level role, demonstrating strong understanding of hiring processes and strategies.
  • Substantial experience in bulk hiring to efficiently manage large-scale recruitment drives for multiple educational institutions.
  • Proficiency in screening and shortlisting candidates to ensure an efficient recruitment process by identifying suitable talent.
  • Expertise in sourcing candidates through diverse channels, including social media, job portals, and professional networks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in handling sensitive information related to recruitment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software for managing recruitment activities and candidate data.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent for educational and administrative roles within Podar institutions.
  • Lead bulk hiring efforts to fulfill large-scale staffing requirements, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting, application review, interviews, and offer negotiation.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Utilize sourcing techniques to locate passive candidates and build a strong talent network for future needs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment and selection process.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by offering professional support and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance recruitment processes and develop strategies for talent retention and development.
