Job Description

• Competent to handle and manage the stores activities of material inward and issue.
• Competent to implement/maintain the proper storage and retrieval systems in stores.
• Conversant with the documentation/taxation/processes of stores in ERP.
• Should have knowledge and exposure of mechanical and electrical components used in manufacturing.
• Physical material verification against delivery challan at the time of Inward. GRPO entry in SAP system for inward material.
• Circulating regular MIS reports and emails to concerned departments.
• Coordinating with QC for material inspection and approval.
• Tracking and updating timely Purchase Request, Material shortages, material receipts, Material issue and material dispatches.
• Update 'Customer Report' for material received from Customers for replacement, servicing and repairing by having coordination with Sales and Service Department.
• Preparation of Stores documentation for material receipt and dispatch as per regulatory compliances.
• Material Posting and issue physical and in ERP.

Technical Skills:

• SAP/equivalent ERP - hands on transactional
• Store management, materials management, inventory management techniques, inventory turns, Taxation, regulatory and compliances related to stores, safety and safe working practices, material handling and storage techniques and practices.

• Good written (English) and verbal communication Skills.
