We are seeking dynamic and driven professionals to join our Business Development - Store Sales Team . The roles involve driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth store operations. ### Key Responsibilities :

#### For Store Sales Executive / Senior Executive :

• Greet and assist customers in-store, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Drive in-store sales by explaining product features and benefits.
• Manage inventory, restock shelves, and ensure the store is well organized.
• Handle billing, maintain sales records, and achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional campaigns effectively.

#### For Assistant Store Manager :

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations.
• Supervise, train, and mentor the store sales team to enhance their performance.
• Monitor sales metrics, identify trends, and devise strategies to meet sales targets.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and oversee product displays.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring excellent service delivery.

#### For Store Manager :

• Lead the store team, set objectives, and ensure performance aligns with company goals.
• Strategize and execute business development plans to boost store sales.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitor trends.
• Ensure smooth store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive repeat business.
• Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to senior management.













### Requirements

### Requirements :

#### General Qualifications (Applicable to All Roles) :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• A customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and basic MS Office applications.

#### Educational Requirements :

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

#### Experience :

• Store Sales Executive : 0-2 years of sales experience (freshers are welcome).
• Senior Store Sales Executive : 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Assistant Store Manager : 4-6 years of retail sales experience with some team management exposure.
• Store Manager : 6+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

#### Additional Skills :

• Leadership and team management (for managerial roles).
• Analytical and decision-making abilities (for managerial roles).
• Fluency in local languages is a plus.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and shifts.
