We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Sous Chef with a minimum of 10 years in the culinary field. The ideal candidate will have expertise in recipe preparation and an extensive knowledge of South Indian (very strong) , North Indian (very strong), Chinese (very strong), Arabic,Tandoor and Continental cuisines. A strong background in food costing, kitchen management, and leadership is essential.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and consistency, and developing innovative menus to meet guest expectations. You will manage and train a diverse kitchen team, maintain high standards of hygiene, and optimize kitchen operations to control costs effectively. The role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration between the kitchen and other departments.
