As the Executive Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef in overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen. This is a full-time position based in Cochin, Kerala, India, and offers a competitive salary range. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in culinary management, specializing in various cuisines including Italian, Mediterranean, International, Western, and Indian.Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of various cuisines, including Italian, Mediterranean, International, Western, and Indian
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Culinary degree or certification is preferred

• Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities
• Supervise the kitchen staff and ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency
• Maintain quality control and food safety standards throughout the kitchen
• Manage inventory and order ingredients and supplies as necessary
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and recipes
• Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to the company's standards
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the kitchen area
• Handle any kitchen-related issues or emergencies
• Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and innovations
