oManage culinary operations.
oManage food and beverage operations.
oManage high volume food production operations.
oManage inventory control system.
oManage loss/risk prevention.
oManage site/outlet and equipment maintenance.
oMaster cook and chill methods.
oMaster culinary trends and techniques in Asian cuisines.
oPerform culinary application and techniques.
oPlan and develop menus for food service establishments

Job Type: Full-time
