We are looking for a talented Executive Sous Chef to elevate our culinary offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain excellence in food preparation and service.
• Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize kitchen operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
• Create innovative and seasonal menu options, keeping in line with guest preferences and industry trends.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of special events and banquets.
• Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Culinary degree or equivalent training.
• 5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity and passion for developing new and exciting dishes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
