• Sustain \xe2\x80\x9czero\xe2\x80\x9d breaches within the SOTC framework
• Accountable for timely execution and supply of goods for purchase orders from public channel accounts
• Assign tasks to order executives and oversee timely execution
• Review of the Process and ensure the \xe2\x80\x9c0\xe2\x80\x9d Deviation in the process.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, QC, Finance, and Distribution on forecasting supplies, ensuring rework of goods, and coordinate for logistics and account receivables.
• Documentation and Record keeping.
• Support and participate in the internal and external audits and drive the 0 observations

Skills Needed:

• Detail-oriented with a focus on problem-solving while adhering to governance principles.
• Effective team player skilled in fostering collaboration
• Strong proficiency in communication, both verbal and in writing.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong presentation skills

Experience:

• Prior experience of SOTC (Supply order to cash) process.
• Experience in dealing with Govt tenders & conditions.
