Executive - Social Media & Brand Marketing
We are looking for a full-time candidate to assist in building our online and offline community through social media and brand communication.
Responsibilities
• Ideate and implement the social media calendar for the brand in line with the marketing calendar.
• Monitor and manage the various social media platforms.
• Lead and executed (in collaboration with the brand marketing team) content creation in-store, at workshops, at events and at the museum space.
• Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network.
• Customer journey mapping to understand and improve the quality of customer experience, ensuring consistency and a seamless experience at all touch points and across channels.
• Conduct or assist in museum walkthroughs with visitors.
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role and industry with strong communication skills.
• A graduate or postgraduate degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field from a reputed university.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or Figma will be preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
