Job Responsibilites:Manufacturing

Ensuring execution of the production plan in terms of quantity, quality, cost, safety and by adhering to good manufacturing practices in the respective shifts. Use of modern techniques available for trouble shooting, maintain quality norms of company and ensure that there is Zero Non conformity products (NCP) Ensure the manufacturing process as SOP'S and ensuring of optimum utilization of the available resources. Ensuring smooth flow of work on the shop floor resulting into environment conducive to high productivity.
Knowledge of tracking of various KPI and measures to control the wastages.Spare Parts and Machine Management

Responsibility for the upkeep of machines and its breakdown/ preventive maintenance Forecasts of machine spare partsCI Initiatives

Provide and participate all support for running the CI Initiatives and implement changes as may be identified through CI projects.People Development

Training and Development of shop floor associates i.e. adherence to Training Calendar, Periodical Review of Behavioral Changes, Cross Functional Skills, Capability Reviews, etc.
Ensure timely completion of Performance and Management Process i.e. individual objective setting, coaching, performance evaluation (mid-year, probation, annual appraisals, accelerated growth plan for unsatisfactory cases, etc.) and development planning.Approved Manufacturing Chemist - Role is to approve all production log sheets as per the regulatory requirements. This is a mandatory need - the candidate must have the knowledge of teh process and must have the approval from any State FDA in India
Critical ChallengesMaking optimal utilization of the resources within the given environment. To excel on quantity, quality and delivery. Appropriate manpower planning and deployment Foster positive relationship with shop floor associates Provide leadership and guidance to the shop floor associates in carrying out the Production Plan. Meeting the plant matrices of Safety, Quality and Productivity.
