:Job Summary:If you are an Indirect Tax professional and looking for career opportunity, Emerson has an exciting offer to you! The Executive / Senior Executive - Indirect Tax will handle the Indirect Tax Compliance at EIMC Pune. In this position you will have the opportunity to partner different Business Units with a variety of functions like Operations, Procurement, Logistics. Each Business Unit has different tax challenges so it will be challenging opportunity.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Preparation and filing of GST returns for various locations.
• 2B Reconciliation and resolution of mismatch of GST credit.
• Filing GST Refund applications with the help of consultant.
• Keeping track of Concessional rate transaction and it\'s compliance.
• Coordination with various functions for routine GST compliance related matters.
• Coordination with GST/ Statutory auditors, addressing their queries and providing all clarifications/ documents etc.
• Drafting of replies and submissions to GST department for various litigious matters with the help of consultant.
• Suggest new controls / process improvement areas for strengthening Indirect Tax compliance of the company.
• Updating self with recent changes in the Laws/ regulations and GSTN module.

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven experience in field of Indirect Tax (GST) in the manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in MS Excel an MS Word.
• Hands on Experience in Oracle / JD Edwards will be added advantage.
• Hands on Experience in Clear Tax or any other GSP is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Bachelor / master\'s in commerce or CA Inter.
• Able to travel between factories in Maharashtra, if needed.
