We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to maintaining respect and dignity for all\' Purpose of the position - Managing order processing operations of assigned sellers , work on reducing the order to ship timelines and increase in adherence of TAT. Key Deliverables - 1. The person will be responsible for managing Seller Omnichannel operations & ensuring the customer promise & internal TATs are met . This involves daily coordination with the partner stores / warehouses for on time handover of shipments , logistics partners for timely pickup & deliveries . 2. Monitor the performance of the sellers & the logistics partner . 3. Monitor multiple parameters like Order to Ship TAT , Ship to Delivery TAT , Overall Order to Delivery TAT , Seller Rejections & make changes to optimize the performance . 4. Resolve any disputes related to the seller , mall management , logistic partner . 5. Innovate and implement new ideas to improve the performance of Same day & Next day deliveries . Key Skills required - 1. Proficient in excel. 2. Strong interpersonal skills (both verbal & written) 3. Basic analytical skills and understanding of ecommerce / retail operations would be an advantage. The opportunities we have are perfect for highly motivated and talented candidates.
